We are open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed daily from 12:00 – 1:00 for the lunch hour.
We see clients by appointment only to ensure that everyone receives adequate time with their service officer. Simple issues, such as records requests or VA Eligibility Letter requests, dropping off paperwork with VSO permission, changes of address and basic benefits questions can be helped anytime by the front desk.
