To qualify for WIC, you must:
- Live in Oregon, 
- Be pregnant or postpartum, an infant or child up to 5 years old, and 
- Meet income guidelines or have Jackson Care Connect or AllCare (the Oregon Health Plan).
Dads, grandparents and foster parents can apply for WIC for their children.
