But what exactly is Measure 110, and more importantly, how does it affect the people struggling with substance addiction that it concerns? And are the many changes it imposes on our legal system surrounding substance use going according to plan? At this month’s meeting, Lori Paris, CEO of the Addictions Recovery Center, gave a helpful overview of Measure 110 that answers these important questions.
