The addendum linked above is hereby made a part of the plans and specifications for Contract No. 299, Bear Creek Greenway Fuel Reduction.
This Addendum No. 1 shall be attached to the contract documents, with acknowledgment of receipt of said Addendum No. 1 signed in the space provided on the Bidder’s Offer, page 14 section 7 of the Invitation to Bid.
