The attached addendum is hereby made a part of the plans and specifications for Contract No. 300, Antelope Road ADA Improvements.
This Addendum No. 4 shall be attached to the contract documents, with acknowledgment of receipt of said Addendum No. 4 signed in the space provided on the Bidder’s Offer, pages 13-14, section 7 of the Invitation to Bid.
